Pretty impressive that he is up to 55 pitches through 2.1 IP after only throwing 7 pitches in the first.

I've never noticed that Soto's arm is that weak.

Yeah, he's not good at literally anything besides hitting.
But he's really fricking good at hitting.

Lol... That is pretty hard to do. Similar to Fedde the other night.

Didn't the Braves force an 80+ pitch inning earlier this year? I remember watching thinking it was like 45 mins between pitches for our pitcher

Arcia didn't exactly bust it for that possible infield it.

He’s just slow.
Not that slow, though. Maybe he still gets thrown out, but it should have been closer. He looked to be running pretty casually.

That Coors Light contest is bull shite. Louisiana residents not eligible.

Alcantara is doing his job over in Miami. Marlins offense doing what it usually does, unfortunately. All they should need is 1, maybe 2.

Damn Garcia could use some braces.

As much as I love the Braves, they do a pretty good job of acting like their Louisiana fanbase doesn't exist. But they'll go all out to acknowledge that rabid Tennessee fanbase, for whatever reason.

This is random, but how far away is Drew Waters from contributing? Would we be better served by trading him, or is he one to be patient with?

He's in his second year in Triple-A, and showing no real signs of improving his plate discipline, and is hitting for next to no power, on top of his .253 average and .309 OBP. So I don't have high expectations.
The question I have, is who really wants to trade for him? He's almost a throw in, at this point, except that he's young enough that some teams might still think they can do something with him.

Walks always come back to haunt you.

I don't think he ever plays an inning for the Braves.
