At the game tonight. It's my first braves game.

I really think Spencer is trying to go longer into the game like he hinted at a few weeks ago.

I'm not gonna worry about Spencer until he actually says he is having arm/elbow issues.

but AA may be forced to use assets to go get a starter in a huge seller’s market.

The Braves have a top-5 starters ERA.

Not buying it as the sole reason. The trade off is just not worth it if he’s getting run even earlier because more people are getting to his fastball.

The fans would be the last to know, and it likely wouldn’t be announced without a preceding IL stint announcement.

Which is absolutely incredible considering Frenchy just said AJ is the 12th Brave to start a game this year already, and we’re not even 10 days into June. I don’t think it’s sustainable.

Not a bad debut for AJSS so far. He has ungodly natural talent.

Gray is so wild it has the Braves off balance. Probably should have taken a couple more walks at this point.

Not ready to call him an ace yet obviously because this is the nats, and his first start, but has all the makings of a future ace for us if he progresses like he should.

He didn't start pitching until his junior year of high school, and three years later, he's holding his own in the major leagues. That is absolutely fricking incredible.

Unbelievable with all the travel ball kids play now. Major League arm, no doubt.

You can have little Johnny pitch 3 games a week from 9 years old perfecting that slider as his fourth pitch, but ultimately you either got it or you don’t and you can prove it in HS.

Olson this season has been hot, cold, hot and now cold again.

The problem, just like last season, is that his cold stretches are a hell of lot longer than his hot stretches.

Need Arcia to reach and get that throw instead of waiting on it.

Good stuff AJSS. I’m not sure I’d take him out here. Feels like Snit protecting a young kid a little too much but Snit usually ends up making the right call.

Eta: well shite.

Does McHugh lead our staff in barrels allowed this year?
