It just feels like that was the series. It will be even tougher to beat Flaherty in game 5 than game 2. This is not the Braves offense we saw all year and it starts with Freddie. One of the most consistent offensive players in all of baseball, he’s the last player I was worried about a week ago.

If it comes out at the end of this year that Freddie was playing hurt and the staff let it go I'm going to fricking lose it. We basically have a gimp at first right now and NO ONE on this staff is stepping in to shut it down.

Like I said before, the Cards don't score when he pitches.
Anyway, the teams as of now are about as evenly matched as they can be - both 1-1 at home, both blew a game they could have won pretty easily.

It just doesn’t feel like the Braves are gonna do it. This is the time of year when the hot teams advance and the Braves haven’t looked this bad all year. And in evenly matched series the team who gets the breaks will advance and the bounces are all going the Cardinals way.

I was paralyzed with anxiousness after we failed to score in both the 6th and 7th. Really, really disappointed right now but I’m sure I’ll be excited and ready to go Wednesday night. Nine innings of a do or die game should he absolutely terrifying.
