Fried has a chance to become a Braves legend tonight.

Rosario is going off. That man got a hold of the antler spray.

Yes he does.

Hats off to AA for making those trade deadline deals.

Joc and Rosario have been studs. Soler had been a huge help up until he got scratched from the roster because of Covid... and Duval. HE's a good one too.

Hoping we get Soler back for the World Series and we'll have something on the bench every night.

And the bullpen, geez those guys have been great - Matzek, Will SMith, Minter and Chavez.

"No."

"No."

"No. Now, what we might be able to do is recreate him. Recreate him in the aggregate."

“Let’s get Eddie Rosario.”

“Who?”

“Exactly. He sounds like an Atlanta Brave already.”

Can't blame Roberts... he is in the same boat we're in. He has 3 starting pitchers that he trusts. And Kershaw is injured.

I can blame him for using two of them in relief when his bullpen is stacked. Perhaps the Scherzer save in game 5 against SF is explainable, but he has no reason using Urias in game two out of the open against us. Glad he’s done that though and put unnecessary strain on two of the three guys he trusts.

You should check his Wikipedia page LINK Somebody noticed what we have, lol.

For a guy who has no ties to that organization, that I'm aware of, you'd think he literally bleeds Dodger blue. Incredibly annoying.

Edit- nevermind, somebody changed it. It said underneath his picture "Dodgers number one fan". And under that it said in red letters "Bad announcer".

If we lose this series it will be devastating to me. We have everything going. I've (we) have been here from day 1. The locker room is together. My point is it's very special to be in this good of position and it doesn't happen often. Please please don't have a Barve ending. World series or bust.

It's so hard to sneak those edits past the Wikipedia AI

I got my account banned from all editing because I went on a rampage one night updating all my college buddies' HS wiki pages. Made them all notable alumni on their pages and listed their embarrassing college accomplishments.

Also, is anyone else struggling with work today? I've probably put together 30 mins max of focus on work. The rest is just dedicated to this place, Twitter, and checking out our coverage in the media

With the Braves and Dawgs days I don’t see patients have become less and less and productive for me. Ah well us mad lads have to take it when it comes.

Leave open the final week of this month, as well as maybe the first few days of November.

The Dodgers are returning to the World Series.

quote:
Just try getting excited about a matchup against the 88-win Braves after a down-to-the-wire showdown against the 107-win San Francisco Giants that was decided in the final inning of a five-game series.

Instead of “Beat L.A!” there will be the cartoonishly racist Tomahawk Chop, an unfortunate part of current Dodgers president Stan Kasten’s legacy in Atlanta.

quote:
Thankfully, the fans at Truist Park will be chopping and oh-oh-ohing for only two more days, as this series is unlikely to return to Atlanta.

Following Games 1 and 2 on Saturday and Sunday, the series will move for the next three games to Los Angeles, where the series should end.

Unlike the Giants, the Braves don’t have the balance to stay with the Dodgers.

If they were in the NL West, they would have finished 18 1/2 games out of first place. If they were in the NL Central, they would have finished in third place behind the Milwaukee Brewers and St. Louis Cardinals.

These aren’t the same Braves who had a three-games-to-one lead over the Dodgers in the NLCS last year.

Their best player, Ronald Acuña Jr., went down with a season-ending knee injury in July.

quote:
The Braves’ lineup includes Freddie Freeman, Ozzie Albies and Pederson. The Dodgers’ lineup has better high-end players, with Mookie Betts, Corey Seager and Trea Turner.

The Dodgers are just better.

And they won’t choke. They won’t beat themselves. They will show up. They will fight.

The Dodgers have now advanced to the NLCS five times in the last six years. In another week or so, they will be able to say they have reached the World Series in four of the last five years.

He's such a fricking tool.

What a shill.

Plashke has new book coming out Nov 2nd. Would be a shame if it got a lot of negative reviews.
