A low level member of the cardinals staff logged into a database, using the same login information he always used while the database was being used by the cardinals. There was no significant extent to which it was utilized, and there was no ask by the management to do it.
They lost draft picks and were fined. They did not benefit from a sham world series from it. You don't see any difference here?
