We are at the point in American history that we just have to say “Fake” and the masses believe it’s fake.
We actually have someone explaining that their asthma is real.
Head injuries. Fake.
Hilarious and sad

Well yeah, you have an a-hole already in this thread saying, “All these replies and not one rebuttal.” As if this stupidity deserves one.
The trouble I’ve had getting my oldest daughter’s asthma under control over the years makes me want to shove an inhaler up Skattebo’s arse.

Idk about fake but CTE is most definitely overblown.
quote:
Prevalence is low overall: In unselected autopsy cohorts (no head-trauma bias), CTE is rare—0.6–2.8%. Most of the millions who play football will never develop the disease.

I don't think Skattebo started with a full deck + using his head as a battering ram.
His elevator doesn't go all the way up

The primary objective is to determine the prevalence of CTE within a randomized sample, comparing athletes in high-impact sports against a control group from the general population. But the problem is where are they gonna get the brains? Only crashouts donate their brains.

Because an idiot who thinks asthma is fake when it’s a literal inflammation response that has been easily documented on medical imaging, through medical tests, etc doesn’t deserve a rebuttal.

quote:I'm stealing it. I've been in that phase for decades. Good thing I never made it past high school football. I played at a small school in the mid 70's. I didn't get a helmet with padding until 1976. We were still wearing Ridell suspension helmets that only had the leather ear pads. I cracked two of them on the seam right above the middle bar of the facemask. Back then we were taught to put our facemask between the numbers on their jersey to tackle them. My senior year, 1977, they started calling 15 yard spearing personal fouls. I had three of them in one game early in the season.
Someone on here said he was currently in the happy phase of CTE and I have used that a ton lately
I have a history of head injuries. Started having seizures in sixth grade after getting hit in the head with a baseball. In the early 80's I had a four foot tall wooden Klipsch speaker fall and split my melon at a fraternity house. Took nine stitches to sew it up.
Don't know if smoking weed since 1977 (my freshman year at LSU) hurt or helped. Since I ate a gummy right after the LSU Women's game ended today, I'm hoping it helped.

Skattebo said to "just literally breathe air" as a means to prevent lung issues
Well, that’s the issue with asthma, the person can’t get the air in.

I remember reading an article where Cam’s mom recounted a story from his childhood. Apparently, Cam would borrow his older brother’s football pads and proceed to run full speed into telephone poles.
Something tells me Skatt isn’t up to date on the ins and outs of obstructive airway diseases.
