Jesus Christ himself couldn't come in and win with the current roster. This franchise needs a complete teardown.
Give Smith and the new GM at least 3 years to clear the horrible Dimitroff contracts out of the building and let them build their own program.
Also, I would argue that Lindstrom and McGary are great fits for a power running scheme. They're both very good run blockers. McGary struggles in pass protection sometimes.
