Even if baseball doesn’t have the Vegas flashiness, unless the NHL/NBA teams are in a deep playoff run it will still have a monopoly on team sports for 4 months

They aren't moving anywhere east of the Rockies that fricks up the alignment of the divisions. Nashville can wait for an expansion team.

Vegas stadium will be built. A's will play in Sacramento for a minimum of three seasons, possibly a 4th. Vegas stadium isn't even expected to open until 2028 at the earliest.
Like someone said earlier, the Tropicana is already being torn down. This will not be an overnight relocation like the Baltimore Colts.

Maybe we'll see them get the Browns treatment and the Chicago White Sox get restored as an expansion team after a couple seasons. If any team could benefit from just starting completely over maybe it's the White Sox.
