This kid is the Real Deal. he's the best looking QB overall that I've seen in Many Years in College Football.

He is smart, comfortable, has keen leadership and command of his team in the huddle and line of scrimmage. Has great release, footwork and accuracy. Handles the ball on fakes and rollouts very well.

He also is very elusive adn quick for a 240 lber.

This kid has superstar hall of famer written all over him.

Damn...I thought Bobby Bowden was old and senile when he said Luck is the best QB in the country on Gameday.

I need to see this kids highlights

No, just watch an entire Stanford football game and you will see what we are talking about.

The divide between Luck and Jordan Jefferson is cavernous.

There really isn't any aspect of being a QB that Luck doesn't posses and do well.

He's like a more mobile Peyton Manning.

give a lot credit to harbaugh---if he stays around, watch out, stanford may become an elite contender year in and year out---

I would piss myself with joy if LSU got Harbaugh here. Just look at the way his teams look out there on the field and you will see a distinct adavantage.

he might be the 3rd best QB in the Pac 10 much less the best in years. Just saying. Barkley and Locker are pretty good too.

Luck is a lot better than Locker. I have watch a lot of their games and Luck has a better and more accurate arm and makes better decisions. Locker is a better runner and that's about it.

yes i watched the game late saturday night at the bar. and saw him play last year numerous times. He has a lot of talent, but im not sure im ready ot label him a "once in a decade" QB. I actually like Barkley slighty better. And Locker is pretty good too.

vs UCLA on Sat was 11-24(45%) and threw for 151 yards.

was it that game that made you start this thread?

"a lot"??? Come on, guy.

I think Luck is slightly better than Locker. There would be some people that would tell you Locker is slightly better. That's why I said he "may" be the 3rd best QB in the Pac 10.

I actually like Luck a little better than Locker. But they arent that far off.

no i watched him a couple of times last year but what I saw in his mechanics, footwork, arm, accuracy, intangibles, scrambling ability all impressed me. I know the numbers werent outrageous, but I'm telling the kid has the complete package at the position. I think he is a once in a decade guy. Just my opinion.
