Most "college football fans" have already seen LSU beat Bama in probabaly the most boring top 25 game of the season. What "college football fan" other than Bama fans would actually want to watch the same exact game?
So whoever deserves to be in the game is another question, but you clearly are delusional if you think the majority of CFB fans want to watch LSUvsAlabama.

Of course Bama fans want the rematch.. but what LSU did having to go to Bama and beat them in that game should not just be voided and give Bama a free pass to play on house money. The regular season means too much in college football, especially when there is no playoff system.. to just ignore the fact LSU beat those bastards at their place.
So you have a rematch what good comes from it. LSU wins a 2nd time.. a 9th time against Bama in the past 11 meetings.. Big deal.. Why should Bama get to share in the experience with a team they lost to?
You just don't get overall body of work. I will admit if OSU had lost last night that no other team is deserving, because their SOS was not strong enough.. but OSU's has been and it does help they are a 1 loss actual conference champ of one of the big 3 major conferences.

i didn't take my medicine this morning... i am delusional... most people definitely want to watch OSU throw 4 picks and not be able to run... we want to watch Jefferson kick someone in the face and then throw a TD to randle on that BS secondary of OSU. I def want to watch a game that will be similar to the SECCG and Bedlam. I want to wait 40 days for that... you are ignorant if you think everyone wants to watch that shite..

It's honestly not about being scared to play Bama.
It is about hating Bama and not thinking they deserve to share in the naitonal championship experience when we had to go to war with them at their place.. when everything was on the line in the regular season.. and beat them.
It is about wanting to add a fresh new team to an all ready incredible season.. rather than play a team we play again every single year. (Again I admit if OSU lost, then Bama still deserves to go)
So it is preference (not of being scared), and it is most deserving. I prefer not to hear about Nick Saban for an entire month and go thru yet again the media suckfest for Bama.. Even more sickening when we earned the right to knock them out on the football field. Bring on OSU and a real offense. I would much rather face Alabama's offense lead by AJ McCarron than face OSU's offense. There's nothing scary about shutting down Bama's O.. LSU has contained Richardson running his entire career at Bama.. They have always forced him the fumble twice the last 2 meetings.. one went out of bounds.. but he doesn't exactly go wild on LSU.
