I don’t, but you idiots are using a defense lawyer’s statement as clearing someone of wrongdoing.
I’m using the DA, the facts we know, the lawyer’s statement, and my observations of Brandon to guess that there wasn’t any wrongdoing on his part.

You don’t think it’s at all possible the DA and cops would have acted on a lesser player, but not Miller because of his star status?
In this situation, I do not think they’d do that. I think there is too much evidence to do this.

He chose the morally bankrupt option of delivering a gun to someone he knew was angry and in an altercation.
Are we even sure Brandon knew there was a gun back there?

Derrius Guice also had all charges dropped

Guess we should celebrate how great a guy he is too? You hanging on the law to decide moral equivalency is laughable

Were you his HS guidance counselor or something? What do you mean by your “observations”?

But not all the lawyers statements..just Millers... You have no answer for Miles lawyers statement saying Miles texted Miller to bring his gun due to an altercation

I can't believe he's playing. Bama is so done.

As a fan of the team, you sometimes get to see interactions, interviews, and how people carry themselves who play on the team.

You can’t always know who someone is deep down. Not even family sometimes. But from what we can observe, Miller is a kind person. Kinda nerdy even. Seems to have a fantastic head on his shoulders.

Does that mean he’s incapable of doing something evil? Of course not. It’s just an observation.

I’ve spoken about it a ton.

Seems like a pretty good sign that Miller will be fully exonerated and the decision makers are sure as hell about it.

His actions last month prove otherwise

Chris Beard had his charges dropped, but he was already rightfully fired.

What were the circumstances that led to no charges being filed? Any of the evidence make it to light?

DA saw all the evidence and dropped charges. Guice is a good guy. If he was a bad person charges wouldn’t have been dropped

I’m proud to have posts claiming he seems off and not a good person way before the rape thing. Just had a feeling.

What evidence did the DA have of the crime?

DA dropped the charges. All evidence means he was a good person

Probably if you apply some common sense. If we apply your test, of course he didn't. His lawyer said he didn't and the charges were dropped.
