One of the things I like about living in Vegas is being able to place a monetary value on my team's success. I figured if I could pay $200 for the stros to make a playoff series this year I would, so I put $200 on the Yankees so I'll either lose 200 and not care because we made the playoffs or I'll win 200 which will soften the blow of not making it.

I didn't even really enjoy the playoffs the last few years, knowing that the relief pitching wasn't there. It's kind of nice to watch this stuff as a neutral. Anyone but KC is fine with me. Good luck, Stros!
