The problem with saints fans is that Bill got no punishment.
NFL to Sean Payton: "You didn't know about it, but that's not an excuse."
NFL to Bill: "You didn't know about it, but I'm still not going to punish you."
But when the Ray Rice video shite came to light, Goodell said "It's not my fault, I didn't know about it."
Absolutely ridiculous.

Pretty much everyone agreed that those punishments were FAR FAR too severe. I don't know why you're singling out saints fans here on this situation.

I'm cheering because maybe Kraft will finally get the memo and stop unconditionally supporting this moron now that he got screwed.
And, yeah, it would be one thing if Goodell had something to the effect of "In retrospect, we were a little too hard on the Saints, considering the specious evidence". In that case, you could say "Sorry you got screwed, Saints, but that was then and this is now"
But when you openly state that you don't regret your decisions and would do it all over again, you better damn well bring the hammer down for somebody else.
