Leachs attorney claimed that a licensed trainer was assigned to make sure he was okay and not go 15 minutes without checking on him.

i would just point out that if that boy faked that vid and he was really in that big garage room instead then:
*Chancellor=sacked
*AD=sacked
*The James Dad=sacked
*TT Atheletics=bankrupt
*James Sowell of the board or regents=sacked
*Daddy James=Bankrupt.
*james boy=ruined.
eta: meh, Chancellor, AD, and Sowell are all gonna get sacked anyway. TT Atheletics survival will depend on the defamation outcome.
