I didn’t follow the draft closely, but I did notice he was ranked as the #3 or 4 prospect, but most mocks had him getting drafted several spots lower around 6-9.
Was there smoke before the draft he could be a problem?

Ironically, the Pels are one of the 3 teams he wanted to be drafted by per reports, which says a lot about his decision making

Yes, quite a lot.
He started slipping later in the college season a little because there were some scouts concerned about his overall game.
It then came out in the process that his "agent" (I use this term very loosely) was not going to let him workout for any teams whatsoever, and that he only wanted to be drafted to very specific locations (apparently Washington, New Orleans, Brooklyn), and that he wanted guaranteed starting role among other things.
Teams were rightly like "lol frick this enjoy Utah"

SLC is awesome its one of the few downtowns Ive been to recently (LA, Phoenix, Denver, SF, Seatts, Portland) that is happily bustling and clean with no signs of boarded up retail. The women are also top tier. Some homeless but they appear to be relegated to areas where they are out of the way. They weren't roaming near shoppes or hoteliers and were not talking to regular folks from what I could tell.

Hearing he won’t show up until he gets word from Ainge on NBA Youngboy’s courtside season tickets status.

Before you bash this kid too much, remember that Kobe Bryant did essentially the same thing to Charlotte.

I would honestly believe that

For a large portion of Kobe's career, he was seen as a gigantic a-hole and a rapist, so I'm not sure what this is supposed to prove.

If tweet fails to load, click here. This is his agent, in the pre draft process he was advertising interviews but only if he got paid. This dude is single handily ruining Ace Baileys career. Also the agent has a son that plays in the NBA Shareef Cooper

This guy was also charged with attempted murder and cocaine charges near a school back in the day. Nothing to see here

Silver is such a pussy if he lets this kid and his stupid thug agent pull this off

Yup. Archie and Eli did the same thing to the Chargers.
These spoiled athletes dictating where they go is ridiculous.
At least Elway and Bo Jackson had other options to leverage with MLB.

I agree, but a lot of people seem to view him differently now.
My point was more along the lines that Bailey's actions with Utah don't necessarily impact whether or not he will be a success in the pros.
Though personally I think he has bust written all over him.

Cooper played 13 career games in the NBA, all in the 2021-22 season. He's not in the league.
