How far the mighty have fallen.
Ole Miss is the great white hope for this once proud football conference.

after a quick search, it appears WF finished around 11th in the ACC and MSU finished 14th in the SEC.

another example

Virginia = best ACC conference record
Missouri = 8th best SEC record

Not since they had to integrate and it somehow killed their football program instead of made it better.

All your teams are losing bro…it’s bad.
Denial is just an interim step to acceptance.

Yeah, I didn't think 5-7 could go to bowls anymore but I guess there weren't enough teams or something. Sucks for the ACC team.

SEC fans are quick to brag about depth of the conference.

Hmmmmm…since 2000….16 members of the SEC have been #1
When the ACC gets close to that…. Then we’ll listen

ACC finishes with a winning record against the SEC in consecutive years. It just doesn’t mean as much in the SEC

maybe all these mid tier bowl wins will keep your conference from dying.

Sec is 2-7 agaisnt teams not in the SEC

They were favored in 7/9 of those games. So, clearly they were over valued a lot

Might be something to do with key players opting out to avoid injury for the draft.

The Playoffs have made every other bowl game a lackluster exhibition.
