Some of the more powerful people I know never wear suits. Just a holdover from the boomers.

They should wear the team uniform like baseball coaches do. Hell, make football coaches do it too.

How is it stupid to wear a suit. The main objective in coaching at lower levels is to teach life lessons. Your teaching young people how to be mature, accountable and professional. Sad commentary

Every coach in every sport at the college and professional level should wear a suit. Not doing so is trashy imo
