For him to be involved at all is so dumb

If he is, it's particularly dumb since the scumbag (and the guy WAS a scumbag, and apparently still is, didn't learn his lesson - see below) who claims he shot him in Florida in February filed the civil suit just 5 days earlier. So Hernandez knows that as of June 13th the guy is officially for the first time claiming he shot him and Hernandez has to know it will become public at any time. Seems like a particularly bad time to be involved in another shooting when you know you're about to dragged through the press for the shooting claim back in February, which if he lost the suit, could threaten his contract. One would think he would have curled up alone in his house after that lawsuit was filed and wait the six weeks until training camp starts.

"Patriot's Accuser Is Ex-Con Who Dealt Cocaine
Man who claims NFL star shot him in face has lengthy rap sheet"

"Asked yesterday if his client had a criminal history, Bradley’s lawyer replied, “Not that I’m aware.” (ding! ding! ding!) Court records, however, show that Bradley has been collared on numerous occasions--for narcotics sales, drunk driving, assault, burglary, criminal mischief, driving with a suspended license, and disorderly conduct."

"Bradley was arrested in March 2006 for cocaine distribution, a felony for which he later pleaded guilty. Though sentenced to five years in prison, Bradley only had to serve 18 months in custody."

"Bradley’s most recent arrest came in April, after he allegedly showed up “heavily intoxicated” at the Connecticut home of a 28-year-old former girlfriend (with whom he has a five-year-old daughter). A Hartford Police Department report notes that Bradley “broke through the rear kitchen door” in a “fit of rage.”

The victim told cops that Bradley slapped her in the face after grabbing her cell phone and “going through it and discovering names of other male friends.” ( a real-life one-eyed monster, apparently)

Arrest warrant has been issued for Aaron Hernandez for Obstruction of justice. (Not yet murder though apparently)

This was due to him smashing his security system and cell phone.

Just reported on ESPN Mike and Mike in the morning

he is guilty. If he wasn't why the hell would he destroy an obviously expensive security system and his phone? The guy was dumped less than a mile from his house. He hired a cleaning crew to clean his house Monday.

There's no question he was involved with the murder. It's just a matter of to what extent and how much evidence they can gather to make a case against him. Guy is absolutely fricked IMO.
