Was anyone else allegedly there when the murder occurred. The only defense I see that can keep this guy from getting a life sentence is by claiming one of his buddies pulled the trigger and that AH was only a witness.

His defense will write everything off as circumstantial and poke holes in the timeline trying to show there are times where AH was not with the victim. They are already commenting about how no murder weapon has been found so Hernandez must have assured his attorneys that the gun has been taken care of.

There are supposedly two other people that were involved but we haven't heard a thing about them so it sounds like they prisoner dilemma'd the crap out of Hernandez.
