If you would have told me in the 80s that one day Sears and K-Mart in the near future both would both be out of business I would have laughed at you. Those were “American” staples, there is no way…. and here we are 2019 and both are shite canned.

The NFL thinks they can’t be touched they really think they are invincible. Last night taught us there tyranny is coming to an end, and Rodger Duche Bag Goddell will be it’s down fall.

People want tackle football, they are soooo tired of the penalties, the fines, the political BS, just everything that the NFL is today. WE put up with it because it is a monopoly, there is no other choice. That all just changed, I love capitalism where if your business offers a better product you too can get a piece of the market.

Look who is in charge of the AAF league. A bunch of ex-NFL figure heads. Justin Tuck….Polumalu I mean thsose are HOF defensive players, I am pretty sure I know how they feel about the NFL’s pussification of football in the “no tackle league”.

All this league needs to do is what it just did…let them play, people love big hits, it will turn in viewers. Only 8 teams, easy to keep up on. 2.5hr games…so money. They have removed 2/3 of the kicking game just wish they remove all of it. No more PATs…YEA…no more holding /block in the back on every kickoff, just wish you had to go for it on 4th downs so there would be no more punts.

If they get a 2or3 good QBs, this league will take off. The games will be more intimate because everybody will know everybody. It will be more personal, more rivalry esc.

Build up their market and then take the NFL head on Monday nights. The NFL gives us a NFC least game Eagle/Giants….slit my wrist….or we can get 4 games of the whole other league. Bye Bye Eagles and Giants. You can’t conquer the NFL in one season but within 10 years if could be a thing of the past. They can just move their lame arse new version of NFL football to Europe where they really want to be.

Sure there will be a few Pitt/Packer/NE/Cowboys fans that will have to accept their teams are no more, but they’ll get over it.

I have been saying the writing is on the wall for the NFL and have been waiting for this new league. Listen to the fans and the message boards and you can fine tune this thing into the football we really want to see.

You do realize the NFL wants the AAF to do well don't you? They want it to succeed so there is a place guys can still get work in after they are out of college.

It's far better for guys to play in this than CFL where the football is different enough that it really doesn't do much to train guys to make NFL rosters.

It’s a good fallback for those who don’t make it the NFL, though it is a step down in pay from college for Bama alums.

The AAF isn't even trying to compete with the NFL. They have acknowledged that they are nothing but a glorified farm league for the players who go undrafted or who are placed on NFL practice squads.

We still got people who think AAF is trying to compete with NFL, I guess.

It's a trash product. Won't last 5 years if it even makes it 3.

This is going to be super awkward when you realize the NFL network is airing the AAF games

The NFL doesn't want or need farm leagues, that is what college is.

Of course they are saying the don't want to compete....that is what Honda and Toyota said in the 70s... we just want to sell a few cars. Who owns the car market in the US? Honda and Toyota, Ford has basically shut down their entire car production (minus rustangs) because it is so irrelevant.

I don't care what you stupid southerners think. I have a business degree and know/understand business and marketing. Research AFL and NFl...tell us what happened there, I'll give you a hint.. SUper Bowl III.

I am here to state my facts what is going to happen, not to ask your slow moronic opinions what might happen.

I’m not familiar with your posting history, but you’re clearly either trolling or legit retarded.

The AAF is less of a threat to the NFL than the CFL was.

It’s pretty awesome watching Saints fans continue to melt though

False. Ford decreased sedan production to focus on selling Ford Explorers and F-150s because that’s what the market is buying. SUVs and trucks are on an uptick and competition isn’t nearly as competitive in those spaces
