Does he get to keep his OL, too? Because if not, he'd be running for his life...like Romo.

That's true but I also think Romo is quick to get out of the pocket and it makes it seem like he has less time than he actually does

Nah. It's just that for every delusional fan, I can find an equally delusional hater. This ain't my first rodeo...I've seen plenty of clowns...

Agreed. But first you have to have a pocket

I know Brees was jealous that he didn't have Miles Austin dropping those 4 passes in a row the other day. Imagine how awesome Brees stats would be with that kind of production?

meh, I don't know about that...but he has become very good at that signature roll out he does. It's almost like one of the NBA greats who has found that sweet roll, spin and fade away jump shot that they almost always seem to hit without looking.

During that Saints game me and my cousin were watching him do that same roll out he's done a million times and at the same time we looked at each other and were like "How has some LB or D-lineman not thunk ahead of that move yet?" It almost feels like one day, someone is gonna be floating around the LOS when that's happening, and just ignore everything and take a direct angle to where he always comes out of that spin and BAM!

Lets see. Brees will this year have his 3rd 5,000 yard season. There have been only three othes in NFL history.

He will win the yardage title for the 4th time.tying him for 2nd ALL-TIME. Plus if he wins the TD title it will be his 4th,tying him for #1 in league history.

Romo can come close to any of that.

exactly, he's not that far behind.

Once again, your fricking retardation causes an inadvertent backfire. If only I had a penny for every time you've contradicted yourself. One sentence early in a thread you'll be all "John Elway WAS THE BEST QUARTERBACK EVER!!! OK????" then on the next page you'll be like "JOE MONTANA would KILL John Elway PUNK BOY!!! YOU don't know shite about FOOTBALL!!!!!"

quote:

that would be an awesome quip if the saints didnt lead the league in drops.

OK, so let's agree that Miles Austin isn't all that much of an upgrade from his current receivers, right? Plus you may be lucky if he plays in 8 games at more than 50%.

Saints skill players>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Cowboys. Its not even close. WHY. Because of the QB. Brees makes players around him BETTER. Romo. Not so much.

did you just read his entire post and realize how far over his head it went? and then in his next post he's saying that I don't get it.

He is so unaware of the unintentional comedy he provides. If you haven't posted on here for years, you'd think he can't be serious. Oh, but he is. He's very fricking serious.

But retard, you just said, "Romo can come close to any of that."

and then you throw in a playoff jab, when after all you just said about Drew Brees and his stats this season...he has zero chance of making the playoffs this year.

ETA: Romo is only about 50 total yards behind Drew Brees right now.
