Don't tell me you don't think that wouldn't be competitive. Tua vs. Peterman...

Bills d crushes bama. Steroids are a pretty big thing in the nfl

The only chance is vs the raiders.

Triple negative by a Vandy guy, well-played, Skip and yeah obviously Bama beats them we’re talking about Tua and that defense here, man

Bama's line would be pushed around like LSU's line was last night.

Bama has 15-20 NFL players on its roster. The Bills have 53.

And Peterman lit it up in college. That's why he's on a roster.

Bills by 70. There’s a huge difference between pros a college.

Didn’t peterman beat the Clemson team who beat Bama in 2016?

Uh, QB's don't actually play against each other.

It would be Tua vs the Bill's D, which is actually pretty good despite their awful offense. They would crush Tua.

Plus most college seniors (not a Chris Wienke like exception), are roughly the same age as NFL rookies, and in most situations, would be NFL rookies if they had a chance to be high a draft pick.

I think that’s a big difference that gets overlooked. A 18-21 year old college player who will be a future NFL player is not near as good as his future self in the NFL.

No, they don't. Maybe 10 to 12 as they are now. 20 will get there eventually but no way 15 would make NFL active squad right now. Only 2 to 4 would start at best.

I get that the NFL team beats Bama but the people on that side of the argument get way too defensive.

This one actually seems reasonable. Alabama's offense with Tua is UNQUESTIONABLY better than any NFL offense with Nathan Peterman as QB. In other words, the NFL offense with NP at QB will not be able to score on Bama's D.

Now whether Bama's O can score on a pro D is debatable. But I think they could score a little.

At some positions he is. A college RB is equivalent to his peak NFL self. Receiver too. Probably CB too.

Nope. Put peterman on a run heavy offense. Think Dak w Elliott the first year.

Not able to score. Lol
