Would they crush Baker Mayfield?

Alabama's offense with Tua is UNQUESTIONABLY better than any NFL offense with Nathan Peterman as QB.
Nathan Peterman threw for 5 tds with 0 interceptions against the eventual national champion Clemson in 2016 (who beat Bama), giving them their only loss.

Clemson gave up 8 passing TDs and had 20 interceptions in the other 14 games.

Not able to score. Lol

I stand by my statement. Peterman isn't passing on them. And wen the forward pass isn't an option, scoring is difficult.

In other words, the NFL offense with NP at QB will not be able to score on Bama's D.

all he'd have to do would be to hand it to Shady McCoy who will run through some HUGE holes after the O-linemen maul those boys.

Peterman sucks. But his team sucks.

Put him on KC and he doesn’t suck the same.

Believing that Bama defense is better than the Bears. THAT IS JUST OUTRIGHT MORONIC.

Bills put up 9 on Bears. But no way to score on Bama.

If LSU had current Tom Brady at QB, could LSU beat BAMA

Fair. I'll limit it to Peterman on current team.

By "boys", do you mean "players who would be in the NFL if the rules allowed for it"?

He put up 9 on the Bears.

Are you really saying Bama is better than the Bears D.

Be careful. No one is gonna forget your answer.

Are you arguing that Nathan Peterman is even competent at QB?

I mean, sweet sample size and everything, but how about you check out how Nathan Peterman did when he was an SEC QB.

Report back. I'll wait on you.

Over half of tof the starters on D eligible for the NFL this season, plus a bunch of the backups who see playing time.

No, I'm not. If I said they wouldn't score at all, I got loose with my words.

They had would have a great deal of difficulty scoring.

Tell me how many points you think NP and his bills score on Bama's D.

It’s kind of terrifying when you see posters argue in favor of the college team in these threads.

Jesus Christ.

I’m arguing that he was well more than competent in college, even against an elite defense, and suddenly became terrible when he went against NFL competition, even with NFL players around him.

He threw like 25 passes total.

But they're gonna get a pay cut when they go to the NFL. Can't blame them for finishing out their eligibility.

We can go back and figure out at any given time how many NFL players Bama has on their defensive roster. So, wtf is this transition from boy to man that takes place between age 22 and 23? Is that how it works? At 22 you're a boy? But then at 23 you're a beastly man who would ravage your 22 year old self and break his limbs at will? Do you think that's how it works?

Well considering Arkansas scored 31, A&M scored 23, and Tennessee scored 21, I would say 60 easy.
