Where'd Gus Malzahn and Kevin Sumlin go? I thought they were 3 of the greatest coaches in the league
There, I fixed it for you. Now the 3 top coaches are left out. It just doesn't go to reason, but once you get out of Louisiana, it appears the shine has worn off GoodOleLess and these other 2 geniuses . We'll show 'em. I expect it will just be a matter of time until this wrong is right.

He'd probably be higher on the list had he stayed at Boise.

Miles is probably ranked in their 16-18 range, if i had to guess.

Don't think it was luck that Dan Mullen recruited and developed Dak. I'm sure he'll reload with more talent to stay competitive.
im sure auburn fans said the same thing about Chizik after Cam left

At the end of the day...who cares...? This is opinion polls not polls based on substance...if they based the polls off actual results many of these would not be on there...obviously...some are a joke....but play weak schedules.

In bowls - 2-1 with Dak. 2-1 without Dak.
Career Record: 7 Years, 55-35, .611 Pct.
Bowl Record: 6 Bowls, 4-2, .667 Pct.
..he'll be fine dude.

Well the polls are based on actual results..
What other results are you referring to?
You want a poll for National Championship coaches? I don't think Miles would be top 15 on that either.

Mullen has had one impressive year in 2014 with a senior-laden team. Otherwise, a Dan Mullen-led State team will always finish 4-5th in the division.
There's obviously no way to separate Mullen from State right now, but State is never going to beat the premiere teams in this conference, so I'm not sure why he's ranked so highly on this list.
I'm more inclined to put Bielema on here than Mullen.

Probably will be true in a few more years.

Ok, now let me see the list of best active coaches based solely on winning and championships, without the subjective bullshite.

Lol. I hope you aren't being serious. If you took championships, winning %, and averaged final rankings...miles is sop 3 or 4. Good god..please don't respond to this...you will just look more stupid than you already do. Good god where do y'all come from.

Well for idiots like you he averages 10.1 wins and 2.9 losses per season. To me that looks like 10 wins and 3 losses. There's no denying that Les has kept LSU in the spotlight but if he don't have an outstanding season in 2016, I don't think anyone cane save his job. FTR I'm glad we kept Les but I'm not a pumper by any means. I can see his flaws as well as his attributes.

Is the basis for this article some recognized poll?
Is the use of "we" an editorial "we"? If not who are the others?
If it is the opinion of the writer and a few of his break room buddies, then I accept it as what it is, meaning an off season need to provide a specific number of words to meet an editorial deadline.
If it is a poll of multiple writers, then the article needs to say so. I didn't see that, so correct me if I missed it (I'm sure someone will. )

All coaches lose to inferior teams and your hero is no exception.
Yet he is the one all you negaturds want to fire. Get back to the madden game you clown. Your Bama team is losing, time to put in the cheat code.

Miles has lost once to him...lol...and their best year under Mullen was a 3 loss team...has happened once. Lmao

I was talking about saban being his hero. Good god.

You do realize that only 4 coaches on that list have won a nc right? Lol. You have got to be 15 years old.

I guess my mistake was thinking readers like yourself could understand that a top 15 rankings of coaches winning a NC would be "all-time" -- active and inactive.
