Imagine getting hit in the head by a baseball like that and having literally no pain reaction. Steroids must work on the head too.

Yep! I punched the padding behind the goal during a pickup game during my younger years. Pretty sure I had a small fracture that I can still feel probably 15 years later. I had to act like it didn't hurt but it was extremely painful for a few weeks

Guys get smoked on the ribs by 97 mph fastballs and jog to first base like nothing happened. Baseball players are much tougher than people give them credit for.
