How far does Caddy go with Herta? At the moment it seems like he is going to have to backdoor into a super license.

I’m interested to see how it goes for Herta. He’s been with the team driving the simulator and seeing how they operate. I think he is driving F2 this weekend also. I haven’t watched too much f2 this season but it seems like he’s done better at qualifying than in the races.

He has ran mid pack most of the season

The F2 races have been more fun than the F1 races have been this year.

Camera, Tsolov and Mini have been fun to watch.

What’s the next move. Is there a deadline that you have to file for appeal by? Does everyone else who got a penalty file for one? How would that work for people that served their penalties in the race? Not serving a 5 second penalty for the same thing is what started George Russell’s problems

Edit: apparantly there is a 96-hour window to file a petition of reconsideration and that has now closed for everyone else.

Yep. Within an hour of race end or something like that

Once the penalty is served then it is over. Unless you get drivers pts i guess.

Tangentially related to F1 because of our boy Cyril Abeetabattaboo heading up Genesis' Magma, but Genesis rolled out their new GT3 car. Nice looking car. Also, their two hypercars qualified well for their first Le Mans. For a newcomer, they are doing very well. We'll see if their cars can go the distance this weekend.

Are they a subset of a major manufacturer or completely independent? I always thought their consumer SUVs were good looking, but figured they were a spinoff ala Toyota/Lexus, Nissan/Infinity
