I think Turkey has a nice race track, but in a world where Spa is gonna be an every other year track it is crazy to give Turkey 5 in a row.

Start of Lewis Hamilton Farewell tour?

Then the crash with Bottas in Imola happened that was his fault and he came off as an entitled brat and he hasn't really been likable since then. He's a cringy bastard
Even this year he said these things:
1. When Max was giving his very reasonable (and widely agreed) complaints about this year's formula, George said that if Max was in a winning car, he wouldn't be complaining. (Max made it clear that he would have the same complaints even if he was winning, and everyone else believes him.)
2. But then there was discussion about altering the start procedure because it looked like Ferrari was the only team that prepared for it, and Ferrari objected to changing the procedure because they brought up their concerns a year earlier and no one listened to them, so why should they give up the advantage they prepared for? Well George actually called them "selfish" for wanting to keep their competitive advantage.
Russell accuses Ferrari of selfishness over rules (BBC article)
quote:
Russell said: "The FIA was looking to potentially adjust that but as you can imagine some teams who were making good starts didn't want it, which I think is just a little bit silly. The FIA did just want to make our life easier and just remove this harvest limit, but people have selfish views and they want to do what's best for themselves."
What a twat.

Hey, didn't Lance Stroll get a pole position at Turkey? He must be thrilled!

You mean are they adding a 25th race.
No, Turkey will take a slot and Barcelona and Spa will alternate in another slot. So still 24 races.

Lance did get pole in turkey in the wet driving that pink Mercedes. Finished 9th.
Crazy that no one else thought of this. Ferrari were the only ones and they might not even be the ones to debut it in a race.

What money were they missing out in Turkey that justifies (5) races?

Finally it's race week!!!!!
Time to update your race prediction lists!
With the unexpected long break, teams have been able to focus more on bringing upgrades to Miami, Do your research to see if you want to adjust your predictions. For example, McLaren is bringing a major upgrade package to Miami:

Also, please take the poll that I set up!

Who knows what teams updates will help or hurt?

Until a big engine update Merc still has to be the favorite. Im interested to see if the Ferrari sandbag rumors are wishful thinking or reality.

Agreed. But money talks and I’m sure Turkey ponied up some big hosting fees.

I’ve watched a lot of podcasts and they are saying Red Bull, McClaren and Ferrari have made huge steps. I have doubts about Ferrari, but RB and McClaren usually come through
