It's going really well.
Got back stateside last week after we opened on June 9th.
Daytime (lunch) sales aren't great yet, and we haven't figured out the late-night crowd, but people are LOVING our food.
We smoke all our meats (chicken, wings, sausage, pork) before we cook them, and it adds extra flavor obviously.
Liverpool is a port city, but they don't seem to eat a lot of our seafood (shrimp/oyster poboys). They are devouring our jambalaya, gumbo (chicken and sausage), and red beans. And our boudin balls!
We got put on flyers for one of the Liverpool city tours/Beatles tours this week, we are now a stop on the walking food tour of Liverpool, and are going to begin a monthly Jazz brunch in August.
Will update more in-depth on the OT later this month.

Decades ago I was in England at the time of Wimbleton. The dorm didn't have TV nor was there any on campus. I had a portable radio alarm clock and found the radio broadcast of the matches. The announcers were excellent and you could follow the matches as if you were watching them.
I've often wondered if TV has taken over there or if their radio broadcasts remain excellent.

SiriusXM has a radio feed. I think the Wimbledon website may, too.

Yes Wimbledon radio is still excellent. Great sports commentary and description with a sense of humor.

Agreed. An even bigger treat is the British coverage of The Open on Sirius. Thats some of the best radio available sports-wise.

I’m surprised she’s that much of an underdog. Iga is playing possessed but Amanda is playing damn well. If I could bet in my state I’d toss some on her.

She got a month for like some heart medication, but said it was contaminated melatonin.
