The teams should be suing Nastycar for their crappy clown car. And suing to get some people reps on committees to help decide car regulations.
Here’s payouts for Kansas. Notice no Xfinity/trucks teams are suing Nascar and they make way less
Purses for Kansas weekend including all payouts for all positions and contingency awards and contribution to year-end points fund and all charter payouts for Cup:
Cup: $11,055,250
Truck: $782,900

I'm being a devil's advocate here. And you know it's true.
Once it gets past the racing media, the story will be "NASCAR vs Jordan"
No its not true. Its been in MSM already and not once has race been mentioned. Your post was the first time its been mentioned. You are the problem bringing race into a lawsuit having nothing go do with race. Its about money. And 2 teams who agreed to join then want to modify rules after they join.
I despise Nascar ownership and how they’ve ruined a once great sport. But they will win this lawsuit.
Ironically the XFinity and Truck races are so fun compared to Cup. Cup is just a parade and 3 hours of commercials and you get to see some floats every now and then. The Rose Bowl Parade is at least more entertaining as their floats are unique.

Notes. Jamie Little is flat out horrible in booth.
Riggs got disqualified due to truck bed cover not firm enough to avoid sagging and having ability for air to get under (not sealed on edges).
Hocevar flipped off Riggs most of last lap. He’s not making many friends

Jamie is a great, experienced pit reporter but she’s not a good play-by-play person at all.

I just don't like chicks in the booth.

Exactly. When she pit reports the background noise muffles her to a degree and she sounds better because she has to talk quickly to get in the report . In the booth there are no background noises and she is not believable so to speak - it sounds manufactured and high school like. Too many gaps in discussions.

Looks like Larson has em covered today.

Complete snoozefest so far today. It’s been a pretty rough few weeks for the Cup Series.

Actually got a close finish to the end of stage 2 as Larson struggled with right-rear tire wear.

Keselowski blows a tire and hits the wall while running 2nd. Story of his year.

Just discovered the MAX individual driver cams/radios.
This is phenomenal!

3 laps, 3 cautions.
Forgot why most people including myself have stopped watching this for the most part

Fox just showed a graphic that had Bootie Barker’s name as “Booter Barker.”
Fox is awful. They also had a graphic earlier that referred to tire “cords” as tire “cores.”

If Brad K or Kyle Busch are having a decent race they wreck.

Larson toyed with them today.

Larson wins a snoozer.

Enjoyed the restarts at least.

Another parade. Just to prove how hard it is to pass Chase was leading and no one had anything for him. His pit crew made a mistake putting him back in the mid teens. He finished 15th.
The only passing is in first few laps of any stoppage when racers know they have to pass before the parade gets lined up. So they take bigger risks and crash each other. Is that really racing or just manufactured drama.
The truck race had passing and sliding around. I enjoy it and Xfinity more. Same with Indycar. F1 can be a parade but there are no commercials plus there is tons of strategy and other things. And their announcers are way better than what Nascar has. I like seeing the high tech at work and they actually show action with better camera work than Nascar.
I’ll see the AS race next weekend then I’m out while Nascar goes to pay TV. Will catch up online and with social media.
And was it my imagination or was booth off site? Kes crashed and it took them a full 5 seconds to acknowledge it. It was a delayed reaction.

Hard to get excited about the All-Star race since it’s at a short track and this car is horrible on short tracks.
