I’m still not over the all star race being on a Sunday night.

71 team wins the pit stop challenge.

Hocevar won the Open, earning a spot in the All-Star race. Nemechek finished second and also earned a spot. Gragson won the fan vote, getting the final spot in the All-Star race.

Larson goes to the rear for missing qualifying.

Battling hard up front to start the race. Gotta get what they can before things get more strung out.

I just realized (or maybe I forgot and just remembered) that the Coke 600 next week is on Prime. How is one of NASCAR crown jewel races, which occurs on the best weekend in motorsports, on a streaming platform? That’s pathetic. The Indy 500 will be on Fox, the Monaco Grand Prix will on ABC and then here will be NASCAR only on a streaming platform.

Amazon wrote a bigger check. NASCAR management got their wallets stuffed. That's all that matters to them these days. They don't care if the race is hard to find, if the broadcast is shite or the product on the track is crap. As long as they get to keep feeding off the dying, stuck pig as long as possible they are happy.

I think so.

Waltrip looked like he dropped it intentionally. Not sure how he dropped it.

Bell wins. I’m shocked Logano didn’t wreck them both trying to win.

Much better race than last year's snoozefest.

I wonder what caused Blaney to sink like a stone after the last restart.

Logano crying about how he was raced by Bell, as though he never races anyone rough.

He just admitted he was going to if he got back to Bell.

Not sure what happened to Blaney either, he went to the back quickly while the others who stayed out didn’t.

Tires don’t seem to matter much anymore.

25 years ago I met M. Waltrip at a sponsor event. He could not have been nicer to a younger Dr. Tech., realizing that I was just there for the Swedish Bikini Team and had no idea what NASCAR was.

Absent knowing who he was, we talked drill bits. Seriously.
