It got launched off the wheel to wheel hit and then the 43 helped keep it up until it rotated enough to blow over.

Even with the neck restraints, helmets and custom fitted seats, their heads still whip pretty hard in some of these hard wrecks. Easy to see how concussion can still happen in NASCAR.
