George is such a bitch…

I’m about to head to my nephew‘s fifth birthday party and I’ve already bought him a Max Verstappen racing car Lego set as a gift. Am I a bad uncle now in George’s eye’s?

My max fandom grows whenever he has these epic crash outs. The man is pure entertainment.

Drive him to a gas station and drop him off to redeem yourself.

I bounce between various threads on various boards to read F1 stuff
I think I am done with the Reddit F1 sub. They can’t get through even a single topic without pushing left wing political ideas.

How did they make Max running into George political?
Posted on 6/1/25 at 2:03 pm to weagle1999
Just skip that part.
Don't let politics ruin something you like. Whether drivers kneel, old drivers say stupid shite, current drivers wear rainbows.
Just watch the racing and realize the politics or opinions have always been there and you probably just notice it more.
Sky loves the topics because it makes headlines and gets clicks. In reality it is such a small part of the sport.

Max is so much more fun to watch when he is not in the dominant car. You can really see how good of a driver he is. Plus he might lose it a couple more times this season
Where do you think Max would go if he left RB?

Max is my favorite driver. He can drive the wheels off of his car. That sideways drift on restart, every other driver loses it.
But in race mode he is a dog that hunts and gets maximum out of his car.
The fricking team had a great strategy all race long but shite the bed putting him on hards! Leave him in softs and at worst he gets 3rd but he might cause the orange cars to fight each other on restart and get away.
Something else important to Max and RB. For 3 fricking years they can’t get a competent driver in their second car. Its always 2 against 1 on strategy and Max has to overcome fighting both cars since RB can’t field another driver.
Imagine having to deal with that for 3 fricking years! I’d be fuming. And then out him on hards with just a few laps left? If Max was a teapot he was on full steam by now.
RB is lucky to have a driver like him. And they can’t get another driver. Shameful
Bearman is another young driver I like, kid can race. Is not in great equipment but every race he always improves from his starting spot excepting any wild endings like today. I bet he could race the 2nd RB car and get points and help maximize Max and RB strategy.

They started talking about Rosberg and the vaccine and the snark started.
Anyway, moving on! Thanks

Red Bull does not want someone to challenge Max. It isnt that they can't get a competent, no proven/competent driver is signing up to be a clear #2
Sainz said it this week. Red Bull doesn't want a better driver.

They can’t help but talk about the Monaco based YouTuber being unvaxxed but I enjoy Nico’s commentary whenever he’s on.

How does Nico no longer drive at all? So wild the guy won F1 then just quit. Im sure he has been in a racecar again, but he doesn't have that itch to compete or race.
No le Mans, no rally, no endurance at all. Just wild to me.

That story has been low key crazy.
So the pain has been there. Raced for 2 years: Dealt with it.
He ends up out of P2 .500 behind Alonso and apparently lost his shite. Wrecked the garage and mother fricked everyone on the way out. Blew off the FIA and pretty much DQ'd himself for today anyway.
None of this related to the pain. Sounds like him needing surgery is him needing a break.
Last year it was said he saw Alonso drive and Alonso has been wide open with him on how he drives. Stroll is said, last year, to have realized where he really is in talent. Have to wonder if this is Stroll coming to an end.

All right, the TD F1 Championship results are in!
dg42.net/TDF1/race-results.php?race=9
The winner of the TD F1 Spanish Grand Prix is auisssa with his first win and first podium of the season!
The podium is filled out by the amazing Grassy1 in P2 and pitstop in P3.
Here's the championship table: dg42.net/TDF1/index.php?table=full
pitstop is our new championship leader! VABuckeye led the championship for one race but now trails our new leader by one point. pitstop is now on a streak of five consecutive points-scoring races. Again, pitstop is a friend of mine who is a lurker, not a poster. But as the new championship leader I will try again to get him to introduce himself.
jefforize has risen to P3 in the championship on the strength of his P5 finish and two recent wins.
sorantable has scored a point in this race but is fading in the championship!
Grassy1 has now scored points in seven of the first nine races. Amazing job! And he's rising fast in the championship along with pitstop, jefforize, and auisssa.
Scoring points in six of the first nine races are pitstop, BottomlandBrew, and theone. Good job!
After pitstop's five-race points streak, Grassy1, gatorhater08, and BottomlandBrew are on three-race points streaks.
And last but not least, Pitt Road is finally on the board with a strong P4 finish!!! Last year's TD F1 champion has struggled mightily this season, but there's still plenty of races left to make a strong run.

FIA have said they would not have penalized Max for not giving the position back. Redbull completely mismanaged this whole situation.
