It's relevant in that it shows talent is not required to qualify well at Daytona.

ie-The VS girl isn't in that seat because she's a good driver. You disputed this by pointing out she Q'd 4th.

Sure, I can see why she's frustrated as well. Dumb drivers doing dumb things. The number of morons in Nascar/ARCA seems to be climbing.

The number of moron's is climbing because guys are getting rides not because of talent, but because of money they bring with them. Truck race was nothing but young guys running over each other.

This ARCA race is ridiculous. Not the good kind of ridiculous.

#3 got his tactics from Days of Thunder it appears.

"Aim for the car and it'll be gone when you get there."

That's why I said she ran well driving in ARCA before. I looked it up, and she finished 6th in the standings in 2022. Which wasn't last among full-time drivers, like Natalie Decker was.

I'm not arguing she's a great driver. But she holds her own against the fields she's driving against.

Exactly. Thank you.

Big Willy with the vaunted ARCA brake technique. That was a hard hit.

This race is like a field with Nikita Mazepin in every car.

You might be interested to know that even though he could have gotten anyone on the planet … and did, including Kelly LeBrock, for instance, after seeing her in “The Woman in Red,” according to his buddy Kyle Petty, they were at that movie during a race weekend at Dover and Kyle said Tim told him, “I’m going to f##k that girl” and Kyle says by God he did … what brought Tim Richmond down is that he had a fetish/kink for ladies of the evening, the sketchier the better.

And you might be interested to know that although he probably didn’t get any Hollywood stars … although who knows for sure, he got around a bit … Tim’s biggest rival for No. 1 poon hound in NASCAR history was someone you probably wouldn’t suspect. Drove a red and white Mercury out of a brother team in Virginia back in the 1970s.

In the same interview where he told the story of Richmond and Kelly LeBrock, Kyle also talked about the night he, Tim, Earnhardt Sr. and Ricky Rudd got thrown out of the Gold Club in Atlanta …

I've heard that story.

You would have to really have a level of debauchery to get thrown out of the Gold Club. The stuff that happened in that place was legendary.

I never got there but I did spend a couple of memorable evenings at The Cheetah and The Cheetah Elite.

People assume NASCAR racers were always these good Christian family men but they could debauch with the best of ‘em. D.K. Ulrich told the story of when they were both struggling independents and NASCAR made its annual trip up east to Islip, NY, etc., before they cut the schedule, him and Richard Childress partaking of whores in New York City.

I once bought Ernie Irvan a "private" lap dance. He's a very down to earth guy. Or he was back then. He sat there and drank a beer with me after that. Cool guy.
