Absolutely thrilled for Leclerc, has been so close and lost it ways that are just unfathomable at his home track.

Going to be an absolute party in Monaco tonight!

Thats pretty cool for Charles winning his home race which happens to be F1’s Crown Jewel. His partner is a cutie as an added bonus

With the way things played out it could have been a really interesting race if it had been at another track.

I hope they at least start the Indy 500 today, so we can see a car pass another car.

This is one of the most boring races I’ve ever watched. The NASCAR product is far superior to the F1 product right now.

Prob the worst take ever on this board…

Everyone knows Monaco is just for spectacle these days with the size of the cars, but still more entertaining than driving in an oval for 2hrs.

I really wish that they would make Monaco an exhibition race with a $50M-$100M purse, with spec cars with about 1990 length/width.

And for Nascar, don't sell them short, I think they are driving in an oval for 4 hours tonight.

Perez has dropped to P5 in the WDC.

In the championship prediction contest, those who had Perez ranked real low are going to start rising in the rankings.

That would be cool... Put them back in the Senna/Prost size cars and make them manual

Albon and Gasly have scored their first points of the season.

Only Bottas, Zhou, and Sargeant have not scored this season.

I say this every year, except I propose a no-downforce 60s era style car. And it can still be good for WDC points. A spec-car driver's race in small cars sliding around and making a glorious noise would be hugely popular.

Fred Vasseur seems like a great guy, so that's one reason I'm happy for Ferrari's success this season.

Not sure how many more races Max won't be the favorite though.

They couldn't really pass even then.

I remember Mansell being wayyyyyy faster than Senna, up his tailpipe all the way around, and still couldn't get by.

Ocon may be out as an option for Haas after Gene watched him launch off his teammate.

He is pretty fast but definitely not a team player.

At all.

I enjoyed the race.

I also believe RUS deserves driver of the day for managing those mediums the whole race and keeping a storming VER at bay.

It’s good to see LEC win his home race. A guy earlier in this thread said there is gonna be a party in Monaco tonight. There are only about 9,000 Monegasques in the world, although I bet they’re all going absolutely nuts.

F1 as a whole is boring. Defending a terrible race with “everyone knows it sucks" doesn't change that.
