Hulk had a shite race. His car was better than that
They left him out for two stints with a broken wing.
Absolute morons in the strat dept.

Just finished. Williams in the points on the first race

Stoked for Albon and Williams.
Sargeant had a great race too. I wasn't expecting him to be the leading rookie!

Monster race from Gasly.
God hates Haas and Ferrari.

Just got caught up. I was wondering how much of the commentary about Red Bull was gamesmanship from other drivers but wow that car is fast. Checo being 10+ seconds ahead of Leclerc tells you everything you need to know. RB going to run away but potential for a great 3 team battle for 2nd.

Yeah, Sargeant looked great.

Based on last year I can’t trust Haas or Ferrari strategists until they prove over races to be past their stupidity from last year. Haas has a great middle pack car like last year so can they wring those results out of it?
Posted this yesterday. Nailed the Haas. Why didn’t they change HUL wing during first pit stop they waited til 2nd? And why was HUL so slow at start he lost 5 or so spots within first few corners but not due to contact. His car was slow off line I wonder if driver or mechanical?
Ferrari still has their mechanical issues I see. Didn’t see any strategy errors though which is improvement.
RB and VER might break win records this year.
Alonzo did some amazing driving! That was fun watching him. No idea hiw he didn’t hit that MER car in the corner, great driving skill.
Ocon and crew were like a clown show trying to one up each other. They should force them to start at back next race and have to sit 35 seconds at green flag just to showcase their stupidity.

Not only did they leave Hulk out for two stints with a busted wing, they pitted Mag, who started on hards, after 16 laps. In the same window as everyone else.
what in the frick...

Not sure how you can be so good in the car for a quali lap but then have it be next to impossible to race in, but his onboard didn't look pleasant at all.

Maybe.
But Checo was Soft-Soft and Leclerc was Soft-Hard.

I wasn't watching his in car so don't know if he had complaints. I just remember thinking "WTF are they doing?" when I saw him pit.
After they changed the wing on Hulk's car it's handling was vastly improved. Big surprise there...

Haas didn’t beat any full strength cars except 1 by Mags. Their strategy is worst in F1. The car is pretty sound too.

Posted on 3/5/23 at 12:49 pm to OU Guy
The car had the pace to be solidly middle of the pack.
The strat team makes sure to fricksmash their dicks in the door consistently.

Yes, after the wing change he set fastest lap at the time.
The start of race off the line I watched as much as I could see before his car fell off screen, and he was slow losing 3 spots there but that put him in bad spot turn 1 and he lost a few more. His race was ruined at that point but Haas didn’t help as they never changed his wing at stop 1. He started 10th too, so they have the mid field pace but also have worst strategists of all teams.
