These new cameras and angles add SO much to Monaco. Things finally appear as fast as they truly are
the camera angles are so much better this year

I’ve only watched 1 Monaco race and I know it was kind of discussed above but is there an actual realistic chance Alonso and get by max at the start?

Starts are always a coinflip especially at Monaco because of you have a slow getaway you don't have enough straight to catch back up. I'd bet on Alonso on any standing start

Max isn’t known for perfect starts. Alonso is 100% aware of that and will be on him very hard T1. More so than Max is accustom to. Tomorrows start will be 75-80% of the action baring a red flag incident.

Alonso pushes max into 1 causing Max to crash out, subsequently both Mercs and Ferraris join the pile up, while Haas pole vaults into the Top 10 before red…

Dream scenario

The Red Bull is fast enough to pass in the DRS on the front straight. Alonso will give him hell though.

My only comments about the FP1 and FP2 are that I’m loving the fact that Monaco doesn’t control the cameras and feeds anymore. So many new cams and angles!

Wow, what a difference! I absolutely love all the extra angles/views and the heli shots. I can’t believe it took this long to get it changed.

And Max on that last lap, sector 3. It was like a video game, just amazing his driving skills in tight corners. He needed every single move to get pole.

And how about TV showing Ham and Per cars danging high in air to see belly. Why don’t they have covers available to cover cars? Really surprised they did it that way.

Except the forecast is for light rain during the race and there may be showers at the end.

Or Red Bull going full Ferrari in the pits, which seems unlikely.

if Alonso gets his nose in front its over. He parked the bus in front of half the field last year. Max shall not pass

they can't go on the circuit and cover the car. You only see this happen on the rollback ride back to the pitlane

Leclerc also got a 3 grid place penalty.

Ocon starts 3rd
Sainz 4th
Hamilton 5th
Leclerc 6th

I am not meaning teams cover, rather if each section had a light cover in case of craning. Seems it would be easy to do and have considering the millions teams spend on car development. Teams could split the costs as well. Basically, wherever you have a crane you have some covers available.

So the Ferrari team screws Leclerc again, shocking.
