They didn't decide on three, Max decided on it.
Verstappen’s actions and team orders are not the same thing.

Max made the decision on his own to not let him pass.
Has nothing to do with the team deciding theyll tell verstappen to let Perez past only if he can’t pass Alonso.

Damn, I don't know what so hard about this.
Well apparently it’s your inability to distinguish between team orders and driver actions.

Because if he can't pass Alonso their plan wouldn't work.

What? Are you stupid or just trolling?
The team had a plan, it didn't work, then max didn't let checo back by so he could get more points.
I was just explaining what they were doing since it was way over your head apparently.

quote:his point is if it had worked, it would been a 4 point difference, the same as just giving the place back to Perez.
The team had a plan, it didn't work,

then max didn't let checo back by so he could get more points.

Well he has no reason to let Hamilton push him around
Seriously, someone fricking explain when you have right to a corner because I have no idea and I’m not sure the drivers do either

Max is the Eric Cartman of F1. A genuinely unlikable bloke.

This year pretty much adjusted to whoever was ahead owns the corner, meaning whoever had their front wheels in front of the other. The drivers wanted to do away with that 'significantly alongside' line.

But it's YOUR fault the two of you rubbed rubber against each other and a wreck happened. You should have known that car owned the line. smh

I've said all year it's a stupid interpretation of the rule.
Ham absolutely knew Max was there. Just turned in anyway because of this rule.
Was it Tsunoda a race or two back that did the same and ended up crashing out? He was whining that he was ahead so it was his corner. Well, you're sitting in the paddock, so was it really your corner when you knew the guy was inside you and turned in anyway?

No doubt. I don't get it because it proliferates the new 'slamming the door' defense. Leaving a space is no longer required.
It is either the bow out to the runoff or we both wreck style that Max has brought back (not a shot at Max, just saying he has brought it back).

Max chopped Mick at Silverstone, coming to the checkers, because of this rule. Mick saw it coming and backed out.
I wouldn't have lifted.
I wouldn't have lifted.

Watching Max fans scramble to defend him the last couple months is great
He’s always been a twat
Talented as frick but he’s a prick
No different than Hamilton but they love throwing darts at Hamilton without looking in the mirror about Max

Don't know who you're talking about here.
*Just to be clear. I'm not a Max fan. I'm a race fan and allowing drivers to simply chop anyone that is inside them is just a stupid rule.

I don't think there are many Max diehards on this board.
Most are just pro-Max to be anti-Hamilton.

Woof. What a dickhead radio by Max. He wouldn't have won 2021 without checo.
If I'm Checo, don't even think of asking me to do a single thing thing for Max next season. Zero chance I'd ever help him again.

quote:That's fine, if Max completely forgot he wouldn't have won a title last season on his own and without help multiple times from Checo.
Max has made it very clear he’s 1 and whoever else is 2 and if you don’t do everything to fill that role than he doesn’t care.

To be honest I love the dart throwing
But hitching your wagon to Max to be anti Hamilton is hilarious

quote:You're thinking Max did that because he's so competitor and couldn't handle losing 1 spot when it seems rather clear this was not the case, and it's more so out of spite.
That's the difference between you and Max. Every place matters, its why he's the best driver in F1 right now.

quote:I don't get it though because the MJ comparison is the literal opposite of what we saw today.
look man, the analogy was hard to make, but you get it
MJ would do legit anything for his team to win. We saw him pass to Paxson and Kerr. All he cared about was the team winning.
Again, Max was the complete opposite today, putting Max above team. Basically, an anti-MJ move.
