I love watching the simulcast of the Sky News broadcast. God, I hope Disney doesn't frick this up and stick their grubby, groomer hands into meddling with it by trying to "Americanize" it.
Then you won’t like what Libery Media has planned:

Regarding @F1 starting a new all-women feeder series, as revealed today by ESPN's @NateSaundersF1, here is Liberty Media's Renee Wilm talking last month about the push to diversify the sport's driver ranks.

A monotone looking grid? Already want them to have nothing to do with the sport. They're already ignoring reality for the sake of an agenda. Black, White, Asian, and Latino communities are already all represented within the current starting grid of 20 spots for the entire world. Short of designating slots for specific cultures and genders, idk how they could possibly plan on making it any more diverse than it already is and still maintain some semblance of a meritocracy.
They just need to come out and say they hate white men. At least people would respect the honesty.

Lol. I love how the “old, rich white man” has somehow become an evil character. These people don’t live in reality. As you say, there’s dudes from all over the globe on the grid.
That being said, I very much hope to be an old, rich white man one day

They absolutely do.
White men can’t be allowed to have anything for themselves in modern society
Of course the above statement from liberty shouldn’t be a huge shock, what with the cars and helmets slathered with rainbows, eliminating grid girls, MB running a black car, etc.

On a lighter note, aside from $140 shirts, $110 hats, $25 hamburgers, turkey legs and corn dogs, $12 domestic beer and a clear sky on a warm afternoon, the Green Day concert last evening was probably one the best concerts I've ever attended. It was energetic and frenzic from start to finish for two solid hours. Was worth the price of the ticket to be there for it.

https://racer.com/2022/10/22/espn-announces-f1-broadcast-deal-through-2025/
The reference to at least 16 races being on ESPN or ABC doesn't mean the others won't be on the lesser ESPN channels.

Formula 1 will remain on ESPN for another three years with a new broadcast contract featuring expanded coverage in the United States.
The sport has been on ESPN since 2018 and has seen significant growth in America in that time, with this season on track to register record-breaking viewership numbers. The latest deal calls for 16 races air on either ABC or ESPN, and the broadcaster’s president of programming and original content, Burke Magnus, says the target is to further grow the offering for fans.

Race broadcasts will remain commercial-free, and there will be an increased focus on programming around qualifying, while all practice sessions will continue to be aired too.
“After Formula 1 returned to the ESPN networks five years ago, the popularity of the sport has grown impressively,” Ian Holmes — director of media rights and content creation at Formula 1 — said. “The extension and expansion of our partnership is a reflection of exciting times ahead and a result of our shared desire to bring Formula 1 to as broad and diverse an audience as possible in the U.S.
“The popular commercial-free broadcasts ensure that viewers continue to engage with F1 before, during and after the race. From next year we will have six races in the Americas, which means more favorable time zones to fans in the region, making the Formula 1 offering more compelling than ever.”

To get that Super Licence, if his two FP1 runs are over 100km and penalty-free, he'll need to end the Abu Dhabi weekend in the top six in the F2 championship (currently P3, nine points ahead of P6). If FP1 outings don't yield extra points, then top five is required #F2 #USGP

Remaining commercial free is a big deal. They may do some side by sides, but remaining commercial free is huge to the viewrship experience.
