Russell is a very good driver. I'm not ready to compare him to Hamilton just yet. Hamilton seems like he's mentally out of it.

Ham is up 3:2 in quali this year, race results lean heavily to RUS though.
Russell is a really good driver and seems like he has a handle on the car much quicker than Hamilton has.
