They worked their asses off to keep Carapaz up there and he folded when Vingegaard made a move

Did Tadej come into the Tour too hot? Still have 2 HC finishes in the Alps in a week.

I didn't think Jumbo had any chance outside of Roglic but Vingegaard is taking on this team lead. Imagine if Roglic was 100% with this team.

Pog is about to get gobbled up. He could be screwed here.

he's got 5 min on his competition. Only one ridder ahead of him, so unless Vingegaard can wipe out 5 minuets I still think it's his to lose.

Yeah, Pog looks better on the downhill than he did a few minutes ago. I thought he totally bonked but he's maintaining now.

Yeah but it's really surprising to see him losing time uphill. Could be just a bad day with a bonk or something fricked up with his doping.

Shame that it wasn't a mountain top finish.

But, Van Aert

Disappointed that they caught Vingegaard on the descent. His move was worthy of holding his.position, just didn’t work out.

looks like the top 4 is coming together. Should be a fun finish for the podium. Pogacar for the first time has some kinks in his armor. Let's see if they push him again in the coming stages.

Time cut is 47 mins for the Groupetto

Will be borderline for them to make it. That would be a huge bummer for the rest of the race.

If it's a big enough group finishing outside the time limit they could be given some leeway.

Cav made it in the cut if it was 47 min. 40 min behind the winner. He will continue on tomorrow.
