How in the blue frick of blue fricks did Chase only get 9 votes?

And Debo over Jefferson is a travesty as well

1770 yards 14 TD when you include his rushing stats. He was THE offensive difference-maker on that team.

I don't really think it's a travesty. An argument, but not an injustice.

Looks like they’re factoring in Deebo’s rushing yards too. He was 2nd among WRs in scrimmage yards and TDs.

It just doesn’t make sense. It’s so much easier to eat up yards when you line up as running back and get the ball handed to you

Seems weird those getting equal footing for a WR

The only logical justification is due to Samuel's stats as a runner. I guess that then begs the question of should that be incorporated into the decision for All-Pro RECEIVER?

So give him second team running back

He was only averaging 3.5 carries a game and he had 365 yards rushing.

One of every 7 of his rushes resulted in a TD.

I get what you’re saying but I think they have an argument. Receiving yards are counted for RBs so why not the reverse for WRs? If you’re not going to count rushing yards for a WR, then you’re saying no matter how many yards and TDs a WR they get zero credit for it.

The past few All-Pro teams had a FLEX spot which would have been absolutely perfect for Deebo. That would mean 2 WRs and 1 FLEX so the list would’ve been the same anyway.

Deebo has been phenomenal this year and absolutely deserves to be an All Pro. Dude might be the best football player in the league right now with all the things he does out there.

Like I mentioned in another post, they incorporate receiving yards for a Running Back all the time. Otherwise some of the past All-Pro teams would’ve been different. In that case guys like Marshall Faulk or McCaffrey wouldn’t have made the All-Pro teams the years they had their 1K/1K rushing and receiving seasons. So I don’t see why they shouldn’t do the reverse for WRs.

JC Jackson is basically Diggs if Diggs could cover at an elite level along with the ball skills. Voters getting a little too caught up in the high INT total

He had all of 50 receiving yards less than Jefferson and made up for those yards and TDs in the rushing game.

ETA: I wouldn't fret about it anyway. If Chase keeps it up he's well on his way to being a multi-time All-Pro guy.

Serious question with likely no real answer: How do you differentiate the Long Snappers? They are all amazing except probably at the very bottom. Is it something like tackles or downing punts?

Yeah pretty much.

Be clean with the snap on FGs and then be a menace on punt coverage

Don’t think people realize that LSs do get out there and make tackles
