I’d take Kurt Busch as much as I hate to say it but I bet he’s a 23xi guy next year. If they can get him for the money that they want to spend .He will give TH a good idea where they are equipment wise and probably retire after a couple years. That will give them time to work the kinks out before bringing in someone younger. He’s also a proven winner unlike the other two.
Matt has been close but can’t close the deal. Melon man is finally in good cars but doesn’t have the numbers.

I think 23XL or Trackhouse would do well to bring in Kurt. Both are young teams, with the Next Gen car coming, and a veteran like him could really help them develop their cars. Plus, he has proven that he can still win and be consistently competitive.

Rumor mill has fired up and I was pretty hesitant to even post this. I’ve heard from more than one person that Richard Childress may be selling off RCR. If Cup isn’t going to give Jr. a price for a charter he can afford, you think maybe he’d invest and take over the helm of RCR?
Unless he plans on selling it this year Jr needs to wait and see how the new car actually affects things in the Xfinity series before he decides to move up. He's never really wanted to move up and from what he's said the only reason he is looking into it now is the new car is supposed to hurt the finances of the Xfinity series.

Brett Griffin said a couple weeks ago on Door Bumper Clear when Ganassi sold that it was a shock because it’s common knowledge that RCR is for sale, but Ganassi was not.
Maybe this is why Jr has been doing research

Gonna be a part owner at Roush and drive the 6 car.

Wonder where Austin is gonna go if he isn’t working for PopPop?

That would be an uncomfortable situation for all if it wasn't part of the deal. Ironically (or maybe not), Austin drove for Jr this weekend.

If he wouldn’t have ave been available I’d imagine Jr was gonna jump in that car. I saw that Annett is having surgery on his leg.

If you're Trackhouse who do you take?
Chastain
Busch
Burrito
I'm tempted to say Kurt just due to the resume and the fact he can still win. But he will be 43 later this year so that has to be considered so due to that I'd go w/Burrito.

He raced at Darlington and Homestead in the last year or so. They are pretty fast too. I’m sure she could be convinced haha

There may be some backtracking after Jr said the charter cost too much. Maybe Richard has plans for Austin and Ty to take over or their Dad.

Chipper Jones on the Dale Jr Download this week. I know there's some Braves fans here. Interesting High School baseball card they showed. I'm searching ebay for it now.

Bad Brad out at Penske, Matt D out at Wood Brothers. Tree is starting to shake.
Guess Brad will be at Roush.
Would be awesome if he would get Carl Edwards to join him on the team. I miss that guy in a car.

The Xfinity Series race broadcast is sans Rick Allen today. It’s great not having to listen to him. Dale Jr. is basically doing the play-by-play.
