Sanford would get knocked around like a rag doll in the playoffs.

Charlie McAvoy made his NHL debut tonight for the Boston Bruins. His first NHL game ever was a Playoff game. McAvoy had just finished his season at Boston University when they were eliminated from their playoffs then signed a minor league contract, played 4 games in the AHL, and was called up because the Bruins are running out of defensemen.
