btw, how fire is this ballgirl that he hits a few years back?

Verdasco probably hit that AFTER the match.

If Novak and Verdasco double-teamed her, I wonder who went second?

If they double teamed her, Verdasco would have been paying more attention to Novvak

If there are Verdasco gay rumors, I guess I should be glad to be out of the loop.

People are still sleeping on Kei based on his injury history. There could be two fantastic tennis matches today, and another Sunday, regardless of who wins.

We already went through this. Pride's scoop was that there is talk Verdasco and Lopez have had a run at each other. To which I responded it's like the Bowie/Jagger thing -- they have hosed so many chicks they didn't really know what else to do.

Nishikori is fragile, but the interesting thing is he won that match against Djokovic a couple of years ago because it was a sauna and Djokovic couldn't take it. Weather shouldn't be too much of an issue with late afternoon tennis the rest of the way.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a fantastic match between Kei and Novak. Admittedly I haven't seen them all.

Two double faults at 30-all from Monfils during his first service game. Definitely not the ideal start.

Monfils just needs to extend things enough so I can get home and see the second match.

He's doing a Federer sneak attack thing, but not actually approaching and just either slapping the ball out intentionally or just bunting it back. It's a total disgrace, but Novak is upset and almost losing points back on purpose. Novak lost serve from 40-0. Fowler said he's never seen anything like it.

That was one of the weirdest sets I've seen in a match, let alone a semifinals of a major.

Fowler summed it up best. "What started out as tanking has turned into a tactic."

Is the black guy throwing this match? He is hitting everything in the net.

What the hell is going on in this dude's head. In his first SF since 2008 and he shows up intentionally half-assing everything. He must have legitimate judgment problems.
