the rockets fans on there seem to think he works for the Lakers in some fashion. I dunno if true but those posters on clutchfans hang on his every word

That would be great for the NBA IMO. I've never been a lakers fan but the league is better off when they have a great team.

woj is saying that the spurs are still the front runner and that Portland is starting to come back into the picture

well I hope to god he is right
Posted on 6/29/15 at 11:10 pm to Boomshockalocka
I'm skeptical about that because it sounds too good to be true. I hope he's right

Listening to a podcast where Stein was talking about FA:
- Basically repeating what we've heard about LA. Spurs are the leaders, but the Lakers are making a charge
- More likely that Karl is out in SAC than Boogie getting traded. Lakers would have to include Russell in a deal to get Boogie
- Clippers or Mavs for DeAndre Jordan
- Mavs have to hit a homerun during this FA period

The last 6 or so pages is a perfect example why I said what I said about you and the Lakers.
It is clear.

I don't recall him saying anything about Kevin Love.
But yes, he's legit.
He said the Rockets were going to meet with LaMarcus first day of free agency in L.A.
That was what... several days ago. This was before anybody knew he was meeting with teams in L.A. and before anybody had any idea the Rockets were even on the radar.
And now we see the Rockets have a meeting with him in L.A. On the first day of free agency.
One thing that really proved he is an insider was when Ariza was traded to the Rockets. cyberx posted that the Rockets had acquired him about 15 minutes before anybody else did. Woj didn't know yet. Nobody else did until 15 minutes later.

What was this person saying about the Lakers?
Posted on 6/30/15 at 8:18 am to DynastyDawg
Says he's hearing Aldridge is leaning towards the Lakers because he thinks Cousins is going there.
Swaggy P is on the trade block.

Whats the latest on the Cousins trade and who is involved?
Posted on 6/30/15 at 8:43 am to NorthGAVol
What are the Lakers going to offer Butler?
3 years, hoping that's short enough for his liking or just go all out on 5 and max?
ETA: I read that the LMA deal would take up about 18.8 of the available 25 or so MIL, so maybe if we actually land LMA we are done with big names? Surely they could backload a contract a little more than that...

The Kings wanted Russell, Clarkson, Randle and picks for Cousins. Mitch politely told Vlade to get fricked.
I could see Mitch giving up two of the three but not all imo.

I would do either Russell or Clarkson, Randle, and picks.
I'm not sure who I like better, Russell or Clarkson.
Then we could sign Hill back at the MLE to replace the departing Randle.
ETA: We're the Lakers. Don't give a frick about no picks. Win now.
