Lehigh had 2 guards that were a lot quicker than anything Duke had and better players

Lehigh didn't just win, they truly outplayed Duke. This wasn't some flukey shooting night or a night where everything went right. Lehigh was the better team tonight.

I enjoyed every damn second of it.

Yep, Lehigh was the better team, especially after Duke's mini run when they went up 44-39, and their coach called a timeout. He was right. Their first half wasn't that good.

A lot of Buckeye fans were pissed about our play yesterday. We looked like world beaters compared to the other 2 seeds so far.

They can all go. This team sucked, Curry and Dawkins are two of my least favorite players of all time.

As a Duke fan, I wholly agree. Dawkins is an immature brat who has one task to do and failed miserably. Objectively speaking, I would give him an F- for tonight. Curry has been a huge disappointment since he transferred. How did this bum lead all freshmen in the country in scoring? He's an awful excuse for a PG and for a Curry, is a pretty terrible shooter. The ONLY player on this team I admire ( and im not counting players outside the rotation) is Miles. He always worked hard and had twice the Bball IQ of his Down Syndrome brother

Anyone who has followed Duke this season cant be that surprised. OK, I didnt think they would lose in the first round, I had them getting bounced in the sweet 16.

All season long, this has been a gutless team with zero leadership or mental toughness. Other than one game against UNC, no one stepped up to the plate when it counted, no one seized the reins.

From an X's and O's standpoint, this really wasnt a very good team. Their ability to shoot the ball masked how mediocre they really were. At best, their front court was "promising." Unfortunately, Mason shat the bed for the second part of the season and has shown zero improvement outside of dunking. I have, to this day, NEVER seen a player with a lower basketball IQ than this idiot. Want a fun drinking game? Watch replays of Duke games this season, and take a shot every time Mason travels or fumbles the ball away like the dumb ape he is.

There was NO point guard play to speak of, and NO playmaking. Rivers was the only one capable of creating his own shot or driving to the basket. THis had to have been the worst Duke defense in a decade, which isnt really anyones fault- the guards are invariably undersized, slow, and weak. Any Duke fan has known all season long that this team was NOWHERE near as good as their record suggested, and now the world knows it. I wouldnt miss half of them if they all left

It really is amazing how Mason is an Academic All-American with a 3.5 gpa yet he has no idea how to play basketball after all these years.

The biggest problem I have with this year's team is how K went for results from Day 1 instead of long-term development. Tyler Thornton is a very hard worker. He also singlehandedly makes basketball as much fun to watch as getting kicked in the balls while wearing golf cleats.

I was going nuts (oh, clever wordplay), while watching him continually hold up fast breaks today. Cook and Gbinije offered new things for this team, and they were buried on the bench in return for Curry, Dawkins, and Thornton for improved short-term results. In a game like tonight, those two could have been so useful, but instead Gbinije was a non-factor and Cook didn't do much until the real end.

I disagree, Gbinije never showed me anything all season. Cook, however, is the best play maker duke has at the position (which isnt saying much) but he's not an effective defender (yet) and he cant shoot (yet). Dawkins and Curry- I agree. They were supposed to be instant offense. Dawkins can be when he's not ice cold, or worse, not taking the game seriously, ie the last month. Curry was just massively overrated coming in from his transfer and cant shoot consistently, although he is far more capable of getting to the rim than Dawkins
