David Duval & John Daly are playing as past champions. I wonder if either break 80?

David will be in the hunt. This course sets up nicely for him.

His mind. Seemed to go when he hurt his back.

But wasn't he in a wrist cast not too long ago? He'll be hoping to break 85.

gee thanks. very nice.

I wonder if Van De Veldt knows that in the USA the movie Tin Cup is considered an homage (in a way) to him.

My vocabulary is not broad enough to know a word or phrase for an "homage" with such bitter connotations.

I know it was the Senior tour but John Daly fired 2 68's this past week.

If he can keep his driver under control you never know with him

Could use some help with my bracket. Pick one from each group. I was thinking
Day
Sergio
Westwood
Kaymer
Considered Grace in second, Reed in third

Scott, grace, Thomas, Moore ...

Rory just isn't playing well enough right now ... Said he might change a few things in his swing during prep for this week ... Scott is a ball striker and is long enough to dial it back with long irons if need be (fways are tight at Troon), and he has a good record at the Open ... Grace is my personal pick to win it and JT is my dark horse ...

Yeah I think I'm staying away from Rory. I've been burned too many times with Scott so I'll probably stay away from him.

Grace is solid and I may change to him but Sergio has also been solid

Patrick Reed played well this past week in the Scottish open.
