14 team playoff coming for the NFL, why can't CFB increase?

14 outta 32 for the NFL and only 4 outta 130 for college football?? I would rather watch more college games. Time to up it to 8 (at least)

It’s hilarious how fans of the ~10 top teams in CFB are so protective of the playoff format because they know expansion will eventually mean that other teams rise up

It’s pretty insane how minimized the regular season for NBA and NFL now mean virtually nothing. CFB has the best regular season of all sports. Don’t ruin it

You’re completely full of shite. The NBA regular season means virtually nothing, sure. Not even close to the case in the NFL, where single games matter often in the playoff race. Get off your high horse.

While I don't agree with adding more NFL playoff teams I do think we need an 8 team playoff in college football

Did you not watch LSU vs Oklahoma? You think Georgia would have done anything in the playoff against any of LSU, Clemson, or Ohio St? 5-8 get to go to a NY6 bowl. They shouldn't be in a playoff.

There are only 2-3 teams in college football that can actually win a natty. The last thing we need is to expand how many teams get into the CFB playoffs. NFL doesn’t need to expand either, that’s just stupid to expand, it’s perfect where it’s at. Baseball’s format is pretty good right now too, don’t know why they want to allow more teams to make the playoffs. I guess it’s just how this country is now, everybody gets a trophy
