It's not hate for Scheffler. It's wanting drama. Nothing worse when watching the Masters than someone having a six or seven shot lead going into the back nine on Sunday. It feels like you wasted your Sunday afternoon when that happens.

He missed from about 8 feet on 2, and maybe 12 feet on 9.
But he’s made two putts and a chip in from the fringe. They’ve pretty much evened out.

None of those top tens are higher than 4th though. Other than the year he fell apart on #10 he's never really been in contention to win. Those top tens tend to be back door top tens.

He was in the final pairing with Patrick Reed. So he had a shot that day.
But I agree on the rest. He usually makes the cut in about 35th place then climbs the leader board on the weekend.
