The best part was him saying you can't look at the 70's he's shot in years past to show what will happen this year.. Yet he is also looking at what happened in years past as if it has any effect on this year. I don't know what fallacy this is but the logic is diarrhea solid at best.

No I'm not. I am just saying that there are too many people ahead and even with him for him to win sans a career round. I was just using his other masters wins as examples .. It is HARD to pass that many people on tour. In fact I"ll be willing to beat that he had less people tied or ahead of him after round 1 in 2005.

He was 7 shots back, I'd be willing to bet there were AT LEAST that many people he had to tie or pass.

What if he had been behind 30+ after round 1 in all his masters rounds? Then there was a precedent of him coming back to win from way down.
But you know what? That doesn't matter either because nothing that has happened in the past has any bearing on this week.
